Location, size of the room, accessibility, amenities
We didn’t feel entirely safe with the method used to access the building’s main door. The key box was opened with a code on a busy street, where strangers could potentially see the code and use the keys to enter. Since the area has a lot of foot traffic, we constantly found ourselves trying to hide the box while entering the code, which made us feel uncomfortable.
