Good location poorly cleaned and managed apartment.

The location was one of the best I have had, twenty meters from a ski lift. The supermarket was even closer and the ski hire shop was immediately next door. The sheets were clean.

Sadly although the place looked ok, and was meant to be for eight people, I was glad there were only four of us, as there were four armchairs and one small sofa. The beds are tiny, the mattress protectors dirty (discovered this when removing the sheets at the end of our stay). The toilets had mysterious brown stains on the walls, with filthy skirting boards. The scatter cushions stank as did the extra blankets on the beds. The hoover provided was already full and ineffective. One unabsorbing t-towel was provided and small thin body towels. Given that this was the first week of the season I would have an expected everything to have been freshly cleaned and laundered. I presume we were paying for the location rather than anything else. I tried contacting the owner as we couldn't find the ski room and no information folder had been left, needless to say they had taken our money, but did not provide the service and did not respond to my enquiry.

The apartment was ok/good for its age, and the location was excellent.

Location, location, location. Perfect spot for skiing in Val Claret and close to restaurants and bars. Big enough for 6 adults, although 3 were sleeping in bunk beds.

Beds weren't very comfortable. Lift stopped one floor short.

Fabulous location and if all the little broken things got fixed it would be a fabulous chalet.

Location excellent. Size good for 4-6 people would have been very cramped for 10.

A number of things broken in the chalet. Also when we arrived late at night there was 1 toilet roll for 2 bathrooms and no soap in the bathrooms.

Was really disappointed by the service by Interhome

The apartment was in a fab location with easy access to the slopes and a small supermarket right opposite. There was a ski rental shop under the building and the massive balcony was west facing and looked right at the slopes which was lovely. The two bathrooms were a god send for our large group.

When we arrived the kitchen tap was broken and the corkscrew was broken. On the second day we discovered the oven was broken. We informed Interhome and they sent a handyman around who temporarily fixed the tap but said the oven was completely broken. When I returned to Interhome they claimed to have no knowledge of the broken oven. I asked about compensation for the inconvenience given I had had to throw food away and was struggling to feed the three children in our group and was given no assurances. We were eventually give a countertop ‘oven’ on our penultimate day but it was inefficient and took up so much space on the countertop we couldn’t realistically use it.

Well located, well equipped, everything worked. Very good ski base.

This is a central located well appointed apartment with good views beside the lifts. Although the bedrooms are small the space is well laid out and everything worked well. It is ideal for a family of 8 but 10 would be a squeeze . Its a good base for a ski holiday in Val Claret.

Interhome the key agent gave incorrect directions tried to charge for linen and were unsatisfactory. This was resolved after I made a complaint.

ATROCIDAD DE LA INDUSTRIA DEL ALQUILER VACACIONAL

La ubicación era cercana a las pistas pero muy ruidosa.

El edificio estaba sucio y era una ruina, el guarda skis lleno de humedades, había hasta colillas en el ascensor, las escaleras daban miedo. El piso que decía tener 4 habitaciones y dos baños , tenía 2 habitaciones muy pequeñas y dos que eran como 2 armarios. El mobililiario estaba roto, no se podía ni pasar de la cantidad de sillas que había, porque debía ser un piso de unos 50 m2, aproximadament donde hacían caber a 8 personas. Uno de los baños estaba a 30 cm del comedor. Era un despropósito de piso. Un espacio donde lo único que se veía es querer sacarle el máximo beneficio con la mínima inversión. Un desastre.
