Points positifs :
• Très belle vue sur la montagne
• Appartement situé au pied des pistes
• Emplacement idéal en plein centre de Val Claret
• Cuisine bien équipée.
• Le salon était froid durant le séjour. Une demande a été faite auprès de l’agence, mais aucune solution n’a été apportée.
• Le spa n’a jamais dépassé 31 °C. Là encore, l’agence a été contactée sans qu’aucune action efficace ne soit mise en place.
• Bruit du spa particulièrement gênant et insupportable dans l’appartement.
• Dès l’utilisation du spa, une forte humidité s’installe dans l’appartement.
• La mezzanine est annoncée pour 3 personnes, mais elle ne peut raisonnablement accueillir que 2 personnes maximum.
• L’agence avait été informée de notre arrivée à 13h30. À notre arrivée, nous avons tenté de les joindre pour obtenir l’adresse, mais ils ont refusé de répondre au téléphone en demandant uniquement un contact par message. Finalement, une autre personne nous a contactés pour nous accueillir.
• À l’inverse, l’agence a été très insistante pour que nous quittions l’appartement impérativement à 10h.

We had the best trip ever—a true ski-in, ski-out holiday with everything right at our doorstep!
The location was absolutely perfect—Tufs lift was right outside, and we had Skiset, Sherpa Market, a local supermarket, and the ski ticket office all within steps. It couldn’t have been more convenient.
The hosts were amazing—super responsive, flexible, and incredibly kind. Communication was easy, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay.
The apartment was well-equipped, especially the kitchen! Everything we needed was there, including a raclette machine, which we enjoyed so much. The double bed on the second floor seemed small at first, but the tilted ceiling made it feel cozy and quiet—a perfect retreat after a long ski day.
And of course, the private hot tub and sauna were unbeatable—the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes.
Thank you for hosting us—we will definitely be back!
The only tiny downside was that the upstairs got quite warm after using the sauna and hot tub, but opening the window aired it out quickly, so it wasn’t a big issue at all.

L’emplacement est idéal
Le premier niveau est très agréable et assez bien équipé
L’appartement n’est pas fait pour le nombre de personnes annoncés
Les chambres de l’étage sont dans la même pièce que le spa . Aucune évacuation d’air n’est adaptée . Donc ça sent le chlore très fortement et le spa se déclenche toutes les 15 minutes ce qui empêche de dormir .
Il faut choisir : faire une chambre ou faire un spa mais les 2 ensemble ça ne marche pas .
Actuellement c’est un appartement pour 6 personnes maximum
