About this apartment rental
Duplex, on the top floor of the TUFS building, a small co-ownership in Tignes Val Claret. Large balcony. Beautiful mountain view. Quiet location. South-west facing. Ski-in/ski-out apartment, next to ski schools. Access to the snow field is possible through the building's back door, which directly leads to the Les Tufs chairlift that goes straight to the top of Tovière and opens direct access to Val d'Isère. The back door operates with a contactless device to exit (just wave your hand in front of the blue light without touching it) and works with a keypad (same code as the front door) for returning from the slopes. Close to shops.
Apartment can accommodate 8/10 people. First level:
* Living room and Dining area
* Open kitchen
* One bedroom with two 80 x 200 beds that can be joined to form a double bed
* A bathroom
* A separate toilet
Second level:
* A bedroom with two bunk beds and two single beds 80 x 190 that can be joined to form a large bed;
* A bedroom with a large double bed 160 x 200.
* A shower room with toilet
The staircase to the second level is quite steep. Be careful with very young children.
Both levels have their own television and with great brightness in each room. Internet via wifi with SFR Box. Open kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, raclette and fondue appliances, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle... 1 bathroom with bathtub, washing machine with dryer function Separate toilet 1 bathroom with shower and toilet upstairs There is a 2-seater rapido sofa bed in the living room Ski locker in the building's entrance with shoe rack. There is a fireplace in the apartment, but it is not usable for safety and insurance reasons.
