У помешканні є все необхідне для навіть досить тривалого проживання. Просторе, затишне, у зручному районі, не нове, з потертостями та дрібними недоліками, - але як на мене, це навіть трошки додало шарму.

Виникли невеликі складності при заселенні, але персонал був на звʼязку і зробив усе необхідне для вирішення проблем.

Very good location and quiet place.

Kitchen was not completely equipped for a long stay. We asked the host for some stuff but received not all stuff we needed. I guess it must be controlled and supplied by host without saying.

The location is excellent (proximity to the old town and quiet). A nice park is about to open just in the next block. Overall, the apartment is lovely and located in a well-maintained house with an elevator

Some of the furniture saw better days (also, a few door handles in the apartment are broken). But what was worse: 3 days after check-out, we received a "Damage payment request" without prior communication concerning the worn-out chair (about $50) which upholstery was worn through earlier. (It was not critical for us and we just ignored it). Presenting themselves as attentive hosts they probably ignored another review (check Pan Wiktor's feedback this year: "Obecnie sporo rzeczy już wygląda na zużyte, kanapa, fotele/krzesła w salonie") and tried to charge us. (Obviously, we declined it). It is very disappointing and I need to recommend other guests making some shots of all the issues during check-in to avoid such confusion.
