Great location, clean/modern, great value
Only mirror is above the bathroom sink, so a full length/second mirror would be helpful.
More coat hangers needed: only 2

It was very easily accessible and close to downtown. Comfortable for a short stay.
One of the couch’s legs was broken, so there were not actually all the places to sleep that it said online. Also there were no chairs or table in the kitchen.

The location was great! There was internet and Youtube on the TV it was simple and great for the price
It had no ventilation only one window opened so during summer i feel like it would be very hot. And the floor tile was unstuck and the rug could be changed or cleaned but other than that it was fine

The entrance is scary. OTR Group manages a group of rental apartments in Krakow. This location is repurposed space that OTR squeezes as many small rooms into as possible. I didn't recall if it's identified as an OTR property. My single room although refinished stylishly is good for sleeping and nothing else. Don't plan to spend time in the room. Also, like a lot of these booking investment groups, they control the heat. Turned all the way up, the single radiator never heated the room. They make up for it with warm duvets. There's also very few outlets to plug in chargers in these must have charger times. :) The plastic plant in the bathroom would be better with no plant. Rooms are at street level and the blind doesn't go all the way down. Think basic, minimalist, except the price for what you get. Location. A bed. A good test for any accommodation, would you come back? No.
