Right next to the old town, so great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. So no complaints whatsoever.

Very clean. Parts of central Krakow are very noisy at night, but this hotel is quiet. Not too far from the market square and very handy for Jagellonian University. Full ironing board and iron was appreciated. Beds were comfortable. Staff all spoke great English and were very helpful.
I didn't see a fridge, so check that if you need one. Was not pleased that the water on my desk was not chilled and I had no idea how old it was. I had some and the next day the bottle had not been replaced or refilled. I had a make up removal washcloth on the first night but not on the second. Could have done with black out blinds. I thought it was a bit pricey, but the hotel is in a major city so maybe that's the going rate.

There really is nothing to fault at the hotel. All aspects really are 5*+.
5 minute walk into main areas.
Breakfast choice and quality is excellent.
