The location of the apartment is excellent. It is very close to the main square. The breakfast offering was good, I would have preferred more fruit offered. The high ceilings of the apartment give it an airy feeling albeit the room is not that large. Overall it is a great little place.
The hot water did not stay long enough for two consecutive showers. The common stairs area was a bit drab, but it was not reflective of the room which was very nice.

Very helpful owner -and very responsive. Excellent location 20 mins walk from station and 10 mins from centre of main square. The road the apartment is on is on a tram line ( and bus) so easy to get anywhere in Krakow. There is a 7-11 almost opposite and others open 24hrs within 5-6 mins.

Straightforward checking in process, clean throughout, good sized bed, bathroom was fairly decent and ample towells etc available. Wifi worked well.
Very noisy both from other guests in one of the companys other apartments which included 2 or 3 children running and banging around on wooden floors directly above the bedroom from early in the morning and a woman walking around in boots and crashing around with a pushchair and large creaking vehicle gates attached to the apartment opening and closing 10 times a day or more. No heating at all in bedroom, company offered to do something about this but not before telling me it was 11 degrees in Poland that day so i shouldnt worry, it obviously was nowhere near 11 degrees at night. Old Polish woman opening the door and attempting to walk into the apartment unannounced and without knocking and then trying to engage me in conversation in Polish. Defensive staff that claimed nothing was their responsibility until threatened with complaint and they generally maintained a cocky and dismissive attitude throughout. Not that close to main square really, definitely better options available.
