I really liked the style of the apartment and the location was excellent. The host was also responsive and helpful whenever we needed something.

The cleanliness was below what I expected, including stained towels, and there was a persistent unpleasant smell in the property throughout our stay. The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor and basically unusable, so I had to rely on mobile data.

Great location, lovely little apartment with everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine! Bed was comfy. Had a fantastic brunch around the corner at a local cafe.

We were not quite comfortable with the luggage store on offer - although very low risk, our bags could still be accessed by a small number of guests staying in the apartments. The host was very responsive, and understanding of our worry, but in the end we chose to use a locker at the main train station.

The appartment was clean and very well located with easy Old Town access yet not in the middle of turistic crowd.

The apartment was small and clean, but unfortunately my overall experience was not particularly comfortable. Communication with the host was disappointing. I received the check-in instructions the day before arrival, but the English version was somewhat confusing, particularly regarding the door numbers. Knowing that I would arrive around midnight, I messaged the host earlier that evening to ask for clarification, as I did not want to have to call anyone that late. I received no response until the following morning, which left me trying to figure out the instructions on my own late at night while standing in the entrance of the building. I eventually managed to get in, but the only message I received from the host the next morning was essentially “Enjoy your stay” — no acknowledgement of the issue or apology. By contrast, on Sunday morning I received a reminder at around 6:30 a.m. to leave the key in the box by the door when checking out. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, but there were several compromises in the way the space had been arranged. The bed is on a mezzanine directly under an exposed brick ceiling, with a beam running across it. I am only 160 cm tall and still had to be careful not to hit my head when sitting up in bed; I imagine this would be considerably less comfortable for a taller person. Another issue is that some dust from the exposed brickwork falls from the ceiling. It is not a large amount, but it was noticeable, for example, in a glass of water left next to the bed overnight. As someone with a sensitive throat, I could feel the effect in the morning. For this reason, I would be cautious about recommending the apartment to anyone with respiratory sensitivities. Finally, the only source of natural light is the balcony doors, which face a small shared courtyard. Since the apartment is on a low floor, keeping the curtains open, especially in the evening, does not offer much privacy, so the apartment can feel rather dark.
