It was very comfortable

Everything was great. It’s very convenient to go everywhere. 10min from the shopping mall which has a train/metro station inside. 5min away from the city centre. Most importantly, the space is very peaceful with noise isolation. We definitely would go back in March but unfortunately it’s already full booked. Highly recommended!!

Everything was ok

The location was perfect, close to Park Jordana and close to the city center. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

The toilet flush did not always work properly, and sometimes the water kept running continuously. There was also an unpleasant smell from the drains, which became worse each day. The apartment shows clear signs of wear—for example, part of the kitchen cabinetry was swollen and coming away from the wall. The toiletries provided were different from those shown in the photos. The neighbouring apartments also appeared to be short-term rentals, so it was quite noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, waking up our children. The breakfasts were poor quality, with a lot of added sugar and preservatives, and we received almost the same items every day despite selecting different options.
