No water for first day and was not able to connect one reservation to the next even though it was the same property management.

The location is perfect if you're looking for a beach getaway: the Escambron beach, the best in San Juan (in my opinion) is a 15-minute walk away, and San Juan Old Town is on the same distance, both easily accessible on foot. The area is very quiet. A bus station is around the corner and plenty of free busses can take you to other parts of the city or to the airport. The rooms are spacious and air conditioning keeps them cool. The kitchen had a little stovetop, mini-fridge and a minimum necessary set of kitchenware, everything worked. There is also a coworking space downstairs for those who need to work.

The room could use some more cleaning: the floors seemed uncleaned when I arrived, and there were sand and dust on the kitchen furniture. Would be nice to have something to dry beach towels and bathing suits on.

The place was clean and close to where I needed to go. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I liked the size of the property. The building itself was secured with gates , has free parking. The rooms were spacious and had the basic accommodations such a mini burners, small fridge, soda and small kitchen table . Location : close to the beach . It is about 20 minutes from shops in Old San Juan, although, I didn’t feel safe walking at night as area is dark and isolated.

I did not like the area as much due to being close to abandoned run down buildings . I did not like that I never received the instructions for check in and it was unclear where to check in as it was in another building. I stood outside for 10 minutes waiting for someone to let me in to front desk, then she had to send them through whats app and wait to fill out form , which delayed check in even more . My comforter and towels were stained with blood and makeup .
