A comfortable and cozy apartment; the stay was pleasant overall, with only a few minor things that could be improved.

The apartment was very comfortable and made you feel cozy and at ease. It had a beautiful wooden design with warm yellow lights and LED details that created a really nice atmosphere. The living room was lovely and the whole place was tastefully decorated, with large balconies offering great views of the city. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary utensils, and overall the apartment was simply beautiful. I didn’t experience any problems during my stay.

There wasn’t really anything I disliked these are just a few small things that could be improved. Overall, my stay went very smoothly, and the host was kind, polite, and respectful throughout. The bathroom products were a bit limited there was shampoo and conditioner, but not much else. I also asked the host to fix the TV remotes, but he probably forgot, which can happen. When we arrived, the host kindly showed us around the apartment and explained some house rules, such as taking off our shoes indoors and taking out the trash ourselves. I completely understand that he wants to keep the apartment in great condition, and we truly respected that — he even thanked us afterwards for leaving everything clean and tidy. Still, I personally think it might be better not to ask guests to take out the trash or give too many instructions at check-in, just to make the arrival feel a bit more relaxed. When we were on our way to the apartment, he was slightly in a hurry because of a personal appointment and texted me a few times to check where we were. He later apologized for that, which I appreciated. Lastly, the apartment wasn’t exactly in the very center — about a 10–15 minute walk from the main street. Not far, but not completely central either. He also kindly asked me a couple of times to leave a review to help him grow, and I’m happy to do!

Matratzen katastrophal. Bettwäsche nicht frisch und alt. Alte Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank. Alter Müll im Mülleimer. Beleuchtung teilweiße defekt. Türrahmen kaputt. In der ganzen Wohnung schlechter Geruch. Tote Insekten.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft – sauber, zentral gelegen und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral, alles war schnell erreichbar. Besonders angenehm war die freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden – alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Sehr freundlicher Typ, alles schön erklärt und unkompliziert. Hatten Bettbezüge nicht in der Wohnung, innerhalb von 15 Minuten wurde es gebracht, jedoch mühsam nach dem Flug diesem nachzugehen…

Wenig Ausstattung an Bettwäsche, Kissen, ect. Kissen waren sehr umbequem.

Das Apartment war sehr schön und die Lage. Terasse/Balkon sehr groß mit super Blick.

Sauberkeit auf den zweiten Blick war eher befriedigend, Haare auf dem Wohnzimmertisch und im Bett. Kein Hygieneschutz auf der Matratze, Bettwäsche defekt und Satin. Decken auf der Couch naja... Wohnzimmertisch defekt und Kamin ebenfalls.
