Commercial apartment cutting corners

The address on the listing is wrong. The apartment was dirty, there was old bread, dirty dishes, trash on the floor when we arrived. The staff was hard to contact (you have to use WhatsApp which they don't mention). Many of the things were not provided as listed (e.g. toiletries, toilet paper !) and the staff kept insisting that these should not be provided. Don't waste your time here.

Do not stay here--rooms doublebooked with strangers, and you get locked out of the buildings.

I would have given this a 0 / 10 if not for the staff at checkout, who were very nice and helpful. Sadly that's the only thing I can compliment.

The road to the buildings is filled with potholes, so our bus couldn't even drive there. There's an open sewage line next to one of the buildings, and the area reeks of sewage. But the checkin was the reason we will never come back. We arrived late in the evening and did self-checkin as advised. But 1 apartment we were given already had a family staying there. So we had to wait for staff to come switch our apartment. A second apartment we couldn't enter because they had given us a key that didn't work. So half of our apartments were inaccessible until midnight, leaving half our group stuck in the hallways or outside the building. Even when staff came, they were rude, dismissive, aggressive, and blamed us until finally admitting that it was their mistake. Received no real apology from the management or attempt to remedy the situation. Will not make this mistake again.

I stayed for 2 weeks because I came to repair my teeth at a dental practice 5 minutes away. I liked that the staff were very quick to respond via WhatsApp for all my needs. They upgraded for free, which was nice. I liked the location because it was not in the city centre and the sound of construction or dogs barking during the night didn't bother me too much. I liked how spacious the second apartment was, and it had a washing machine, whereas the first one didn't. These apartments are good for very short stays and for people who only eat out and come back to sleep and shower, nothing else.

I will be very critical and mention everything that I disliked. Ants. The place is literally infested. Both of the apartments where I stayed were full of insects and ants. The handyman came in and sprayed insect killer but didn't do much at all. The cleaners need to pay more attention to detail and clean under beds, under the toilet, and just do more deep cleans in general, not just a quick wipe over the surface and done. The Skirting boards and some corners of the apartments are very very dirty and dusty. The balconies are very dirty, full of rubbish and the glass was so dirty. I couldn't open the balcony door from the living room because it was broken, and I couldn't enjoy sitting outdoors. The kitchen stools are very worn down. Lack of kitchen utensils and pots. No where to put soap or hand towels. The bed sheets had holes in them, and the bed protector was so dirty in the first apartment I stayed. Previous guests have left black smoke marks around the apartment which are not attractive to look at. Missing light bulb in the lamp. The electricity was not available at times. The lift was not working several times, and I had problems with fobs. No instructions or guidance for a long stay. I had to ask so many questions to figure things out. The toilet had no anti slip bath mat, my baby fell really hard twice, my husband and I also slipped a few times too. They don't do any regular cleaning for long stays unless you pay them. In a serviced apartment, you'd at least expect the cleaner to come in and change bed sheets or towels. I don't like the idea of going to the office and asking for new towels. I paid you, so I expect to have a service. Focus on the small details, hire better cleaners.
