Paturile sunt destul de confortabile. Raportul calitate/preț este bun. Pentru două nopți este acceptabil.
In debaraua de pe hol nu pot fi depozitate haine din cauză că miroase foarte urat. Televizorul nu a funcționat din cauza că bateriile telecomenzii erau epuizate (am găsit pe o etajera baterii noi, însă nu se potriveau la telecomandă). In baie, noaptea apăreau gândaci.

Cazare spațioasă cu paturi extra confortabile!
Apartament spațios cu 2 dormitoare cu paturi foarte mari și foarte confortabile! Foarte curat iar comunicarea cu propietarul foarte promptă!
Dacă ar fi un lucru negativ de spus, ar fi locația, sunt foarte mulți câini noaptea ceea ce face deplasarea din parcare spre apartament un pic anevoioasă.

Pe scurt, foarte multumit de apartament, il recomand fara dubii.
Locatie buna, apartament foarte curat (3 camere), mobilat cu bun gust, are 2 dormitoare fiecare cu pat dublu cu saltele confortabile (Ikea) si un living cu canapea, lenjerii curate. Baie curata, dotata ok. Bucataria curata, cu dotari complete, inclusiv cratiti, tigai, vesela, tacamuri, centrala termica, ulei, zahar, sare, otet, saci menajeri, prosoape hartie, etc. Debara separata de camere. Plase insecte la toate ferestrele. Pozele din prezentare chiar sunt reale, lucru rar in zilele noastre. Gazda foarte ok. Miniblioteca ok si ea, cu multe carti de chimie pt pasionati !

O locație excelentă într-o zonă liniștită și servită foarte bine.
Pt. noi este un punct de referință ori de câte ori venim in vizită la Reșița,ca și cum am fi acasă. Doamna este extrem de drăguță și mereu pregătită să ne vină în ajutor in caz de nevoie,iar faptul că este disponibil self checkin este un punct în plus. Pe lângă curățenie și utilități, am fost plăcut surprinși să găsim cafea,brioșe și alte produse pt consum. Mulțumim frumos pt găzduire.
