Good apartment with strong parfume

Good Apartament at ground floor.

Very strong fragrance. My wife is allergic and could not breath because of the intense parfume. Possibly was so strong to cover slight damping presence in some rooms (usual for ground floor apartments).

Beautiful accommodation near Resita Nord trainstation, can recommend for the price and the quality.

The decoration and furniture

We didn't know that there would be a shortage of water in Resita when we were visiting. Also, we didn't get the code to enter to the flat so we had to call the host when we were in front of the door.

Nice and comfortable apartment

Nice and comfortable apartment. Easy check-in. Definitely recommend. It was quite easy to pay for parking with Tpark app.

Just some nitpicking.. mosquitos.. idk how they get in, because windows have mosquito nets. Would be nice if there would be more hangers for towels in bathroom, one isn't enough. That bathroom sink is a bit of a mess.

Really the best we have ever experienced

Very nice place, with enough room for a larger group of friends. The location is not obvious, the exterior of the building is in great contrast with the apartment interior, in a good way. The place is full of small important perks and has everything you maybe would or wouldn't expect - all appliances (from iron to washing machine), various stuff for personal hygiene, clean and comfortable beds, spacious shower with hot water and brewed coffee machine. Possibly the best place to stay.

I had misunderstanding in communication before the check-in, probably by my own mistake or some synchronization error. The message with the instructions was in the e-mail, but not in the Booking application, so I didn't see it.

it’s fully well renovated, clean and modern. There is a coffee machine that makes really good coffee. This is really the best place to stay at Resita. Far better than other apartments in Resita.They really care about details. Highly recommended!

Preț mare pentru condiții modeste

Apartamentul este situat la parter, iar pe perioada iernii au existat probleme mari cu umezeala. Deși încălzirea a funcționat și am avut căldură în apartament, diferența mare de temperatură dintre interior și exterior (fiind frig afară) a dus la acumularea unei cantități mari de umezeală și la apariția mucegaiului în mai multe zone. Înțeleg că, fiind un apartament la parter, într-un bloc izolat, astfel de probleme pot apărea și nu știu în ce măsură proprietarii le pot controla complet. Totuși, prețul plătit a fost printre cele mai ridicate din Reșița pentru acest tip de cazare în perioada respectivă și nu a fost justificat de condițiile oferite. Pentru nivelul de confort avut, prețul ar fi trebuit să fie semnificativ mai mic. Din păcate, experiența nu a fost una confortabilă.

Super prostorné ubytování.

Super prostorný byt. Čisto a lehký check-in. Navíc byt je hned v přízemí, což mi vyhovovalo a člověk byl hned venku. Super lokalita naproti tržišti, supermarketu a asi 100 metrů od nádraží Resita Nord. Tramvaj a stanoviště taxi je nanejvýš 5 minut chůze. Asi 50 metrů od bytu je stanoviště bikesharingu, které je na 4 hodiny zdarma, takže jsem využíval i to.
