Comfortable stay in Cuernavaca
Excellent location close to historic centre of Cuernavaca and main points of interest. Large, bright, clean and comfortable room. Staff, and special mention has to go to Alejandro especially, were friendly and helpful.
Some aspects were missing which one would expect at any other hotel and for the price. In the room, there were no glasses and the safe wasn’t functional (except with the only available key). The breakfast has limited options and wasn’t quite enough.

Good place to stay for a few days.
This a boutique hotel with only about 33 rooms, but it has a beautiful garden surrounding the restaurant and swimming pool. We stayed in one of the nicer room with a balcony overlooking the pool and we really enjoyed the six-night stay. The staff was exceptional and the breakfast was nicely prepared to order and well served.
Not a fan of its location, but close enough to historical Centro. Awkward entrance (if you’re driving a vehicle) and the parking lot is insufficient for the number of rooms.

This place is a gem.
This place is a gem and I hightly reccommend it. It was two blocks from the zocalo, an easy 5 minute walk. It was beautiful--the grounds were well kept and full of flowers, the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, had ample places for luggage and to hang up clothes, a small balcony with chairs and a very comfortable hammock, and a large, gorgeous bathroom. I appreciated the lovely hand blown glass chandeliers and wall hangings, they looked like they belonged in a museum. And to top it all off, a fantastic breakfast was included! This place exceeded our expectations. There was a pool and hot tub that we didn't use, but was, as with the rest of the place, beautiful and artistic.
It was practically perfect. I would have liked to have seen a potable water dispenser so we could refill our water bottles instead of buying so many. We've seen other places in Mexico with 5 gallon water dispenser set up in the lobby for this. I wish it would catch on at more places.
