flat is good for short term residents and term students, NOT tourists

cosy flat, clean, first floor so you don’t have to climb many stairs especially if you have luggage

Location was too far from anything, whether places of interest or supermarkets or public transportation. one has to walk long steep strrets and climb up and down stairs to get anywhere. Perugia has a mountainous topography so it is important choose where you stay, otherwise you waste plenty of time and energy trying to be anywhere. Also checking in is not clearly indicated that the landlady has to come from far away to let you in and hand you the keys. It is really inconvenient

Solo la posizione, vicino al centro storico ma neanche particolarmente comodo

La struttura era sporca . In particolare il bagno ( senza finestra e con la ventola di areazione non funzionante) per non parlare della scala di ingresso, a nostro parere erano settimane che non veniva pulita. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, ho scritto alla persona di riferimento per avere un supporto e una pronta soluzione ma non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta al riguardo… un’ultima cosa che abbiamo trovato inopportuno è stato ricevere dopo le 23:30( passati due giorni dal nostro arrivo), tramite un messaggio di whatsapp, la richiesta delle nostre foto all’Interno della struttura per verificare l’identità degli ospiti quando prima del nostro arrivo abbiamo inviato i nostri documenti con delle foto per dimostrare l’identità di ognuno di noi
