The view is stunning and the resort is beautiful… I just hope the government will establish water treatment facilities before they dump the water to the ocean so the beach water is cleaner though right now its just fine but it has algae … but overall the experience is wonderful

We had a pleasant stay overall, thanks to the wonderful staff who were consistently warm, friendly, and accommodating. The kitchen and bar team were fantastic, and the housekeeping staff were especially helpful when they assisted us in finding toothpaste. One small suggestion is to improve the arrival experience. Our room was quite a distance from the main drop-off area, and it would have been nice if someone had contacted us before arrival or offered assistance with our luggage, especially considering the long walk. The building where we stayed could also benefit from a little maintenance. Some of the handrails looked old and were in need of repair. The food was good, and we really appreciated the hotel's commitment to reducing single-use plastics. As a suggestion, since disposable toiletries are no longer provided, perhaps toothpaste could be made available through a hygienic dispenser or in biodegradable packaging for guests who may need it. The rates are a bit on the higher side, but we truly appreciated the discounted upgrade to a king bed—it was a thoughtful gesture. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were impressed by the genuine hospitality of the team. With a few small improvements, the guest experience could be even more memorable. Thank you, and we hope to visit again in the future!

Stayed here for two nights as my preferred hotel next door could not accommodate one of the nights we needed. Staff was friendly, but either incompetent or they simply didn’t care. Asked them to order a tuk tuk and they told us to walk up the McDonald’s. Seriously? With these room prices they can’t order us a ride? Final day was a disaster. At 8 am we ordered an in room massage for 2 at 10 am to give us time to clean up, pack and meet our ride at noon. At 10 we got a call asking if 10:15 was okay. Sure, we can make that work. At 10:29 one therapist arrives telling us the second one will be there soon. Apparently the front desk told them 10:30. Sorry. Cancel. We won’t have enough time. Totally waste of time. Also the AC kept turning off in the middle of night and the shower drain is so slow you end up standing in over an inch of water that begins to overflow onto the bathroom floor. Beautiful location, nice room, great view, but the staff ruined the visit.
