    Amazing hotel, cool location. It's outside of the city, so scooter recommend. The only thing to be aware of the patio room has bathroom separated outside

    This was my second time visiting El Nido and RC Villas. Now I was with my wife amd 8 year old kide. We where in April 2026, not in November 2025 because of the tropical storm and our flights where cancelled. The owner accepted our cancellation and we payed only difference between price for lager Top Villa with see view. My 8 year old kid stayed for free on extra bed. The staff was very pollite and helpfull. We had breakfast at the restourant each morning and it was very tastie served with big smile from the guy who worked there. Nice lady who runs the resort organised us private tours each day A, C and D with pickup at the resort. We had also loundry service before we left and totally recomend it too. Also they have free transport every day to the McDonalds location near Vanilla Beach wich is also tuc tuc pickup location. The location of resort is the best in El Nido because of quietness and nature suroundings with the beautifull sea view. If you can afford take the Deluxe Villa you wont mistake because it is even much better. If we would come back to El Nido this will be our choice again.

    I booked this property through Agoda for a 5-day stay, paying around *** AUD per night. Coming from Australia and having stayed at multiple properties across the Philippines at much lower prices with excellent service, this experience was honestly very underwhelming. The biggest issue was the lack of service and communication. You are given two WhatsApp numbers for assistance, but responses are either extremely delayed or don’t come at all. At times, it took close to 12 hours just to get a reply. There is rarely anyone available at reception, so you’re left to figure things out on your own most of the time. The villa itself did not meet expectations. There were frogs and lizards inside the room, power outages during the night, a clogged bathroom, and no proper blackout curtains, so the room gets very bright early in the morning. You can also refer to the photos I’ve shared. For a top villa category, this is simply not acceptable. The location is another downside. It’s quite far from the beaches and main areas, while there are many better and more convenient options available at similar or even lower prices. I would not recommend this property for families, couples, or anyone traveling with kids. Accessibility is difficult, and with the limited staff presence, it feels like you’re paying a premium without receiving the expected level of service. Even basic requests were a challenge. When I asked for a food menu, one staff member mentioned their shift had ended, and another said they were not available that day. Staff are rarely visible, except occasionally in the morning if you happen to see them. The only positive experience during the stay was the driver who assists with transport from the main gate. He was polite and helpful. Overall, this stay did not justify the price at all. I would not recommend booking this property.
