    We were blown away when we saw the villa. The architecture was beyond our expectations and is not one you would expect in a conventional villa. Location was great as we wanted to be a away from the main city area and the beach was just 2 mins walk away. We were also located at the spot where the sun sets so it's perfect. The staff was exceptional! Everyone made us fell welcomed. They ensure that you are in a groupchat prior to arrival to ensure service is 24/7. This is absolute class from them. Thank you again for the hospitality!

    We had booked and received confirmation of a two bedroom villa with a pool through Agoda. Upon arriving at the Villa we were allocated a garden view two bedroom villa only. The booking details Agoda sent through to Booking.com, then on to the villa was not the two bedroom villa with a pool. When phoning Agoda, they indicated they will reimburse the additional payment we will make to Lugadia to receive the villa we had booked, but when the email confirmation came through, Agoda would only reimburse up to $140.75 NZD instead of the 20,000PHP (approx $666NZD) we had to pay. Despite asking for the case to be escalated, the operators would simply copy and paste a previous response and ignored the request for escalation. The villa itself and service was great, towel replacement were a bit of a hit and miss, but staff were very attentive all other times and assisted with tour bookings and prepared towels for us to take on the boat trips. We had a massive master bedroom downstairs and the kids had separate bedrooms upstairs. A well stocked fridge was available at a cost and water filter for drinking water. The villa also has a filtration system which allowed for all water to be safe. Area is only a 150PHP tricycle ride into El Nido town.

    An amazing place, Villa was perfect in every aspect. Agoda had messed up our booking but the staff went out of their way to rectify. Everything was 10/10. Would definitely stay again!

    El Nido is already such a breathtaking place, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was our stay at Lugadia Villas. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a place where we could fully relax and feel at home. The room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with a separate shower, bathtub, and toilet,something I really appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were so soft I honestly didn’t want to get up in the morning. What stood out the most, though, were the people. Every staff member we encountered was warm, helpful, and made us feel welcome. I especially want to mention Ms. Glaiza, the manager. She went above and beyond in ways that truly touched us. She made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay, offered help even before we had to ask, and even checked on us after we left—just to make sure we arrived safely at the airport. That level of care is rare, and it really made our stay feel extra special. She was always one step ahead, whether it was helping with transport, giving local tips, or simply making sure everything was smooth and easy for us. Her thoughtfulness and kindness made a huge impact and showed what real hospitality looks like. Lugadia Villas wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was part of the whole El Nido experience. Because of the people there, especially Ms. Glaiza, we didn’t just visit a beautiful destination, we felt truly cared for. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido.
