    I had a pleasant stay at Lime Hotel! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the overall atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. Great location and good value for money. Definitely a place I would consider staying at again. The only downside was that the swimming pool and rooftop were under renovation during our stay, so we weren’t able to enjoy those facilities. Hopefully, they’ll be available on our next visit. Highly recommended!

    Despite their pool is under renovation a lot of courtesy provided, like they offer us to transfer to Isla amara in Leo beach. One thing to consider that I would recommend, since the place is a little bit far like 15 mins to the downtown that should provide a free shuttle. All of El Nido island tours meeting place and starts at the shore located at the downtown the hotel should provide a shuttle going to the place.

    It has been an amazing 5 days stay at Lime Resort El Nido. It’s a little bit far from the town and with less access to eating places but thanks to Joriz Esquijo and Tantan they made our stay and access to transportation easy..😍🤗 A hotel that offers a calm, very friendly, happy and welcoming environment is very important to us, so thankful we’re in the right place. 😉 Thank you for completely assisting us in everything we need from before arrival until we checked out. ❤️ Jessa had been thoughtful , helpful and patient accomodating my request while we're on board for flight from Boracay to El nido for an airport pick up. It was really a huge relief. And upon arriving at the hotel the receptionist Aica was making sure we had a smooth check in and got a room upgrade too! and some free vouchers for complimentary non-alcoholic cocktail drinks. Thank you! And so with the friendly staff who served us the drinks. 😉🍹🥤 We indeed felt so delighted, grateful and happy of our whole stay at the hotel. Not just because of the hotel facilities but most esp. because of the warm greetings, chats, excellent service, and hospitality of the employees!💕 From the receptionist Maria and some more others I forgot their names, thank you all so much! ❤️ My girls were very happy everytime they came down to the lobby and see Joriz .. 💙 He’s very kind to us, he was always the one who greeted us, talked to us and made sure we feel safe and comfortable. 🥰He made my girls laughed all the time! 🤩 His humor and positivity is unforgettable!😉 Stanley Claridad “Tantan” was the one who’s driving us to the town, he is very smiling, polite, helpful and very approachable.❤️ He helped and assisted us in our need of transportation even until checked out and the one who arranged our private trip from El Nido to Puetro Princessa in a very affordable price, we saved a lot fo that! Thank you Tan! 💙🥰 Thank you everyone for your help and kindness, May your wonderful gesture and great service bring you good fortune! 🙂 and same goes to the guards, the housekeeping group! 💕 Every one of you made our stay wonderful and unforgettable one!     We stayed additional 2 days in El-nido due to the cancelled flight. We were excited to try our other option but was disappointed by the service of night staff in the reception. We requested for 1 large bed or combine the twin bed which made us wait for 30 mins but when we come in the room it still not properly set-up. The balcony hanger is outdated and broken. The shower metal shelves as well cannot handle my soap and just fell. The door also is hard to close and the in the end we got locked out and waited around 30 mins + for us to get back in our rooms. Buffet was not good, food is cold and no option for hot chocolate. Lobby has no aircon.
