    Nice hotel and staffs are friendly especially Maria who gave us an upgrade. Also to Carlo who made our egg omelette/ sunny side up the next breakfast day’s delivering to our table without asking and so is Rex our waiter.

    We stayed additional 2 days in El-nido due to the cancelled flight. We were excited to try our other option but was disappointed by the service of night staff in the reception. We requested for 1 large bed or combine the twin bed which made us wait for 30 mins but when we come in the room it still not properly set-up. The balcony hanger is outdated and broken. The shower metal shelves as well cannot handle my soap and just fell. The door also is hard to close and the in the end we got locked out and waited around 30 mins + for us to get back in our rooms. Buffet was not good, food is cold and no option for hot chocolate. Lobby has no aircon.
