Loved the location, right in the middle of the old town, and walkable to the beach, activities and great restaurants. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Great use of space. The balcony and the living room window with a sea view were very nice. The apartment actually has 2 and a half bathrooms (there is an additional toilet and sink on the first landing), so it was a nice surprise and more than the number of bathrooms advertised. Two of the bathrooms are a little older, and one of them has the standard older building pipes smell. Also, for folks squeamish about privacy, the newer bathroom has a sliding glass door which is see through in places. For our family, everything was very comfortable. Loved the place and would definitely book it again.

The location was amazing. Centrally located. Near to access to swimming. Cool breezes from afternoon to evening because it was on the east side of the old city. Very nice balcony. Dozens of restaurants with a 2 minute walk.

We could not get the hot water working in one of the bathrooms. But it worked everywhere else.

Best location , just on the main promenade above Michelin restaurant and beach 10 metres away ! … the central tower on your right . Lots facilities in the house , we loved the ativk livingroom , space and charm of old Yugoslavia . Terrace … oven cooker , Air conditioners in each room. Host Emil and his son both brilliant , helpful. Korcula has narrow streets so can’t see outside (feels a bit of a bunker ). However this property …It’s a multi levels house old times style … so you get own space . Upstairs livingroom is super charming!!!!! ..,, leads to balcony with sliding door and spacious kitchen . Great ac ! Main bedroom feels newer, with ensuite own bathroom . Other bedroom has small single wooden beds -also separate bathroom /shower + washing machine (in general tidy, but floors could be better polished and fridge should be cleaned . Great range of facilities !!! Oven , dishes …. Sliding door to balcony … overall HUMILITY AND FANTASTIC SPIRIT OF NIKOLA AND HIS DAD EMIL HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO OUR OVERAL EXPERIENCE - we will come again. All due to that spirit of ‘freedom and space of house , that 2 hosts vibe … you need that on Korcula vacation . Like the good old times …,.,,, space and freedom (not squashing in small rigid overdone apartment) this is generous space , charming . Bedsheets, towels, AC great ! We would come again !!!! Beautiful place in a excellent position, inside old town, swimming one minute walk away, restaurants and cafes very close. Great host. Absolutely loved this stay.
