I loved Korcula and this apartment suits a young fit person. 3 sets of stairs with a bad back, hard.

Location was excellent. We were met at the ferry and escorted to the apartment.

Great accommodation, plenty of room, close to everything, great hosts!

This is a wonderful accommodation. Right in the heart of Old Town, everything is accessible. Just steps from our door were restaurants and a great view of the sea. It was also nice and roomy for 3 people. Lovely kitchen with a balcony overlooking the town. The owner met us at the ferry and walked us to the apartment. AND he helped carry our luggage up the steps to the accommodation. He was also very responsive to our needs, which mainly consisted of extending our stay!!! He also helped us when it was time to leave, to carry our luggage down the steps. We were 3 women in our 70's and welcomed the help!

Loved the apartment, great hosts and location

Fantastic experience all around. Hosts responded quickly and were extremely friendly and helpful, accommodation was outstanding (lots of room, very clean, lovely, great kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and conveniences, like laundry, 3 bathrooms (!) and charming, historic building, yet nicely renovated). We were steps away from many restaurants and bars as well as a place to swim just a few steps down from the pedestrian street, yet were in a residential neighborhood with our own clothesline off the balcony! The location is just amazing in the very scenic old town. We can't wait to return.

I'm an AirBnB host and often have several constructive suggestions for improvement but I can't think of anything we didn't love about this place. I would advise folks who have difficulty with stairs that it has a couple flights of narrow stairs to get in.

Lovely apartment

Everything was wonderful. The owner met us at the ferry and assisted us with our luggage to the apartment - this was much appreciated. In addition, he was very responsive with requests. The apartment is located within the old town and is in an excellent location, near the main promenade where many restaurants are located. The apartment itself is lovely and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the balcony!

Beautiful Balcony in the Old Town

The host met us at the ferry, walked us to the flat, and showed us around the apartment, which was lovely. We loved Korcula, the vibe, the cats, and the food, esp at LD Terrace restaurant for dinner at Ciz Pliz for breakfast. The whole trip was exceptional. Looks like it gets quite busy on the weekend so be prepared, we stayed Tues-Sat morning and the crowds did not seem as bad. The aprtment was very convenient to everything and the balcoony was SO wonderful!

The only thing which was missing from the flat was chef's knives for cooking. We were very happy with the property. We knew the internet would not be great as we asked in advance. Although we had to work remotley and connection was bad at times we were able to make it work.

We feel fortunate to have stayed in this lovely apartment in this lovely town.

Nikola met us at the ferry dock, and guided us through old town to the apartment. After getting us settled in, he sent us a set of recommendations for Korčula Town, and elsewhere on the island. The apartment sits squarely within the charming old town of Korčula, one hundred feet from the activity and people-watching of the main pedestrian street, but far enough as to stay quiet and tranquil. The apartment is in an old building, but has been modernized to have every comfort and convenience—AC in living area AND both bedrooms, washing machine, strong wi-fi, etc. Our family of four appreciated having 2.5 bathrooms, and my wife and I enjoyed having morning coffee outdoors on the terrazzo. All in all, we felt the apartment was an amazing place to stay, and a tremendous value. We loved our three days on Korčula, and plan on coming back sometime. When we do, we want to stay in the Bernardi Residence.

Great spot to stay - highly recommend

The location was in the old town and having two separate bathrooms and a verandah to sit outside. Considering the location, price and facilities - it’s a great spot to stay. Nico was very nice, he met us at the ferry and being able to leave our bags so we didn’t have to cart them around made a huge difference and allowed us to enjoy our day

There was a breakdown in communication with the cleaning lady as Nico kindly let us leave our bags whilst the cleaning lady was not very happy about this and she was not pleasant

My favorite rental on our trip!

You can’t beat the location right in town. It was also a very easy walk with your luggage to the apartment, not a lot of stairs. There were stairs inside to get to the apartment though. This is my favorite property in our two weeks in Croatia. It was spacious with two separate bathrooms and showers, which is unusual.

Large apartment in heart of Korcula old town

The property is in the heart of Korčula Old town. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Use of the washing machine was much needed. Preparing and cooking meals in the kitchen was easy with all the cookware, crockery etc. The owner was great to communicate with, arranged for his father to meet us at the port and showed us to the apartment. Nikola came on the day we left and helped with our luggage. All in all, a fantastic stay.

Fantastic location next to main restaurant scene, but quiet and pleasant. Building well adapted to modern use. Lots of room and three toilets for family. Well appointed kitchen. Pleasant and roomy deck. Washing machine. Staff was great, friendly and responsive.

Peek-a-boo view of water. No coffee maker. Narrow stairways could be a problem for some.

Gorgeous apartment in centre

This is a lovely duplex apartment in Korcula old town. Gorgeous stone walls inside, comfy beds and characterful. Good sized bedrooms and a huge living space, kitchen and terrace upstairs. Spotlessly clean. Less than 5 minutes walk to some nice swimming spots and 30 seconds to the bars and restaurants on the waterfront, yet completely quiet. Nikola was very nice to us and sent someone round immediately to fix a small problem. Perfect place!

The apartment itself was perfect! The only thing to improve would be a note in the apartment to tell us how to switch the hot water on, but this didn't take us long to figure out though so it is a very very minor issue!

Great location, nice furniture and decor with some antique pieces added for that old charm.

L’appartement est situé au cœur de la vieille ville entre la mer et la Cathédrale St Marc. L’intérieur est très bien aménagé et il bénéficie d’une belle terrasse avec vue latérale sur la mer.

Le fait qu’il soit sur 3 niveaux et que la cuisine, le salon et la terrasse soient en haut et les chambres en bas.
