It was a lovely stay! The proximity to everything in Korcula was perfect!

Filip met us at the ferry dock and walk with us the short distance to the apartment, right outside the main entrance to the old town. The space inside the apartment was plenty for myself and my parents. They had the bedroom and I had the converted couch. Couch was really comfortable! Filip was really helpful at giving us recommendations, both in person and on a written list in the apartment. His family runs an art shop just inside the city walls where we were able to leave our bags after check out, since the ferry to Dubrovnik is in the evening.

The only small issue for us was there were 2 sets of stairs to the apartment. My parents had to take a break mid-way to reach the apartment. There is also noise from the restaurant on the bottom floor, but we thought it was charming.

Great Apartment in Korcula

We loved our stay in the Stelina Apartment - it was so close to everything and had everything you need. Filipe met us at the apartment and advised the best boat trips and beaches. He also recommended a few restaurants - definitely try Fundamentum they have the best food particularly the gnocchi with the veal. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family .

Shower was a little small but doable. Don’t forget earplugs if you are early birds as there was live music late at night. Didn’t bother us though just a heads up!

Excellent stay.

Great apartment, excellent location. Clean and comfortable. Staff welcomed us with homemade limoncello which was a nice touch. Host collected us from the port, which we appreciated. He also offered a late check out and free luggage storage if we needed.

Historic & comfortable Old Town visit!

Filipe was a wonderful host, helping get my bag upstairs (yes there are steps), gave recommendations for restaurants, and was quick to respond. The location just outside of the old town, basically a small courtyard, kept you out of the busy vacation crowd yet you're right by the main steps of Old Town. The room was a great size, ac worked well, and it had a washer, which was a bonus since I'd been traveling for almost 3 weeks with 8 days to go. Bed was very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have a good reading light on both sides of the bed. There was a clap light on the table but no wall plug in that area, so perhaps an extension cord. The walls with the apt next door are thin so you can hear the neighbors, especially when in their bath and kitchen, on a shared a wall with this unit. The shower was fine but the curtain rod felt like it needed secured better. Small things.

Beautiful apartment

The apartment is ideally located: two minutes from the old town and shops. The apartment is charming and clean. Buses take you to the beautiful Lumbarda beach in 15 minutes. Filip even picked us up from the ferry, and his helpful advice made our stay in the beautiful town of Korcula a pleasant one.

You won’t regret staying here. I would come back.

It was a quick easy walk from the ferry and right outside the main gate. Really it was central to everything we did. It was also near all the boats. The beds were comfortable and it was nice they had a washing machine. Loved that the owner left some homemade drinks for us to sample which was a nice touch. The owner took time to come see us and left a nice book of his recommendations. I had done my research so many of his suggestions I knew about but we did take his recommendation for a restaurant but his best recommendation was for music at night. We went to both of them and really enjoyed them. The wood ceiling in the room was lovely. This is on the second floor so there are some step but that is typical. I would highly recommend the property. It was very clean.

Not allot of places to dry clothes inside the room but there were places outside in common areas to dry things. Not an issues for us but worth noting. Shower was a bit small but that is typical of Europe.

Rustic Apartment with great location

Location was a few minutes from attractions, restaurants and grocery. Lovely rustic place. Host was very accommodating and responsive. He helped us a lot by providing tips and suggestions.

Toilet seat was not fitting. It was smaller than the actual toilet.

Excellent location and owner, however the AC and shower were quite limited and tempermental.

The location was excellent! Right near the port and located very central right near the Old Town. The owner was very nice and greeted us at the port to show us where to go and had a couple sheets full of great recommendations for our stay in Korčula. The room was very spacious with comfortable bedding. It was nice having a kitchen area with a fridge. The TV was great and had streaming services such as Netflix. The owner was also lovely and and had family made drinks on arrival which was a nice touch.

We really liked the property and the owner, unfortunately though the AC and the shower were a bit of a let down. The remote for the AC didn’t seem to be connected to the system so you had to manually turn it on each time. This would be ok but the AC itself didn’t even seem to work as it would come on for a couple minutes and then turn off for 5-10 minutes. This would also make a noise as it turned on and off which would sometimes wake us during sleeping. Unfortunately the shower was also not great as even from our first day it seemed to be clogged and made showering a bit uncomfortable. The hot water system also seemed to be quite limited and temperamental, with some times there being hot water for the first 5-10 minutes before becoming cold. Other times the water wouldn’t heat at all and my partner had all his showers cold during our stay. The place was great overall but these two facilities are quite crucial considering the hot weather and getting quite dirty everyday swimming and sweating, but we did enjoy the place and there were lots of great things about it!

Could not have found a better location, and the host was great. He met us at the ferry where we walked the 2 minutes to the apartment. It was perfect for what we needed. Also loved that it was on the ground floor

For those who want separate rooms, this isn't for you. It worked for us though as we spent most of the time out in the town

Superb

Filip was a lovely host, he met us at the ferry and walked with us to the room. He was also very kind in letting us have a very very very late check out as the weather was terrible and wet. Otherwise would have had to sit around in the rain until our 5pm ferry. Thank you again!

Shower head probably needs replacing as it was spraying in all kinds of directions but the room was nice overall

Lovely apartment in an excellent central location. Air-con was good although not in main bedroom. The washing machine was useful. Filip the host was friendly and helpful and recommended places to eat and visit nearby. We only stayed 2 nights but really loved Korcula island.

The Heart of Korcula

No place is like this place when traveling to Korcula. It has the most amazing host Filip, is one block from the Old Town, and sits right on top of the best restaurant in all of Korcula. When you are staying here and eating downstairs you are a local experiencing this place from a local perspective. The one bedroom apartment has beautiful stone walls, windows on multiple walls and a washer/dryer in the unit. We also were surprised to see that the hosts make their own limoncello and have it bottled on the kitchen table waiting for you to sample it (or finish it!) We have now stayed here twice in two years and plan to do so again when we return next. We brought friends on this trip and they stayed in the adjoining Studio Apartment. Both units are connected by a common indoor landing with a common door to the stairway, so this is excellent for larger groups traveling together, because the stairway door can be closed and each adjoining apartment can have there doors opened and it feels like one larger Apartment.

There were no issues with this place, other then we couldn’t stay longer!
