We had a wonderful stay — the location truly couldn’t be better. What made it even more special was the fantastic host, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was smooth and thoroughly enjoyable. Everything is literally just a few steps away: the morning coffee bar is only about 10 meters away, and all restaurants and shops are right on your doorstep.
A special note: Luka offers discounts for his guests at several excellent local restaurants, which was a lovely bonus.
Highly recommended — we will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to return!

We were met at the apartment by Nina and she showed us through the property and provided a complimentary bottle of homemade limoncello. Yum.
There is a washing machine and clothes rack to dry things.
The location is perfect for cafes, the old walled city, bus and ferry and swimming.
There is a lot to do in Korcula and if you are self catering, there is a very good supermarket nearby.
The apartment doesn’t have a view, natural light and is quite cold now that summer is ended. But they have an excellent heater and it is very cosy.

Situation excellente pour visiter la ville à pied. Appartement idéalement situé à quelques pas de la porte principale de la ville fortifiée de Korcula et du ferry. Appartement calme, propre et très bien équipé.
Hôte accueillant et chaleureux, une petite surprise nous attendait comme cadeau de bienvenue.

It's a beautiful old building and the location is very good in terms of access to the old town
The hosts provided everything we needed and we're attentive when we asked for extra keys and we got them the next afternoon. And the limoncella welcome drink was a very nice gesture
The location of the flat within the building was disappointing in that we were somewhat below ground floor on some sides and there was very little light coming in.. for example, it was impossible to tell what the weather was like. Overall, I think you need to differentiate between the apartments that people are booking in your photographs and not put them all together as we couldn't know that we were getting somewhere of a lesser standard than most of the photographs , with Windows we couldnt look out of...given the amount of light in most of the photographs it would have been impossible for us to guess which of the photographs referred to our flat and they clearly left an impression of a better appointed apartment than we actually had.
There was also significant noise from the upstairs flat above us .. If there were children running and f bouncing around and crying from 7am.. really if you are going too late to families in particular, I think you need to have some sort of soundproofing installed with the noise transmission is significant on these ceilings
