Great apartment for staying on the edge off the old city. Handy access to everything.

We were met at the apartment by Nina and she showed us through the property and provided a complimentary bottle of homemade limoncello. Yum. There is a washing machine and clothes rack to dry things. The location is perfect for cafes, the old walled city, bus and ferry and swimming. There is a lot to do in Korcula and if you are self catering, there is a very good supermarket nearby.

The apartment doesn’t have a view, natural light and is quite cold now that summer is ended. But they have an excellent heater and it is very cosy.

Wonderful apartment in a great location.

We were met by the host who let us in and showed us the apartment. The apartment was well laid out and had everything we needed. Appreciated the washing machine very much. We were on the ground floor so no stairs for luggage. Great location a short walk from the port and old town.

If there are tenants upstairs you can hear them walking around and in our case there was a toddler who liked to run around above our heads at 6am.

Lovely old building but ask for photos of the flat you are booking

It's a beautiful old building and the location is very good in terms of access to the old town The hosts provided everything we needed and we're attentive when we asked for extra keys and we got them the next afternoon. And the limoncella welcome drink was a very nice gesture

The location of the flat within the building was disappointing in that we were somewhat below ground floor on some sides and there was very little light coming in.. for example, it was impossible to tell what the weather was like. Overall, I think you need to differentiate between the apartments that people are booking in your photographs and not put them all together as we couldn't know that we were getting somewhere of a lesser standard than most of the photographs , with Windows we couldnt look out of...given the amount of light in most of the photographs it would have been impossible for us to guess which of the photographs referred to our flat and they clearly left an impression of a better appointed apartment than we actually had. There was also significant noise from the upstairs flat above us .. If there were children running and f bouncing around and crying from 7am.. really if you are going too late to families in particular, I think you need to have some sort of soundproofing installed with the noise transmission is significant on these ceilings

Wonderful Korcula Highly recommend Confluence

The location.was perfect Filip the host met us on site and explained a lot of their recommendations and what might be of interest. Great communication from him and Nina the whole time. A welcoming lemonchello drink was awesome. They gave us an extra hour to check out which was fabulous. Washing machine was welcome as we had lots of washing to do. The apartment is an easy 4 min walk from the ferry. Bed was super comfortable. Well appointed modern accommodation. 2 min walk to restaurant with great music. Easy access to beach and old.town.

No real outlook...a minor issue as we weren't inside hardly at all.

The appartment is really nice, the location is perfect if you want to stay in Korcula for some days and be close to the old town and some beaches. The area is central yet quiet and calm. Really cozy and had all the facilities and amenities to spend your vacations. Would love to come back!

Great apartment in lovely town

We were warmly welcomed by Nina and got some good recommendations for restaurants. Korčula is a very pleasant city and the apartment is very close to the old city. The apartment had everything we needed. The homemade limoncello was delicious.

An absolutely perfect apartment, with a great location and awesome host!

The location was absolutely perfect! It's right outside the old town, so it's not super loud at night, but close enough to reach all the restaurants quickly. The apartment is located close to Academia, which was a great spot to grab a coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening since they had live music every night. The apartment was spacious and clean and Fillip was an excellent host. If we ever come back to Korcula, we will for sure stay at this apartment again.

The wifi was a little weak in the upstairs (bedroom) of the apartment, but that was the only thing we didn't love. It wasn't really even that inconvenient, just very minor.

Quiet apt close to old town

Great apartment just outside old town but easily walkable. Quiet during the night for a good sleep. Owner met us at ferry and showed us to apartment. Everything is nearby including cafes and supermarket. Loved having a half bath on second level. Would stay here again!

Nothing. There are stairs to apartment and inside to the bedroom so those with mobility issues should take notice. We had no problems navigating.

Very Nice Duplex Appartement

Our stay was very nice in this spacious appartement near everything you need (supermarket, old town, bike/scooter rental, harbor). The best thing in this appartement is the 2 bathrooms! The owner is very nice and helpful, he showed us his best secret adresses in Korcula !

Sometimes there is sewer smells and also not enough shampoo/shower gel for our stay but it is not that bothering.
