Lovely apartment in a great location

This is an absolutely gorgeous & comfortable place to stay for a few nights in Korčula town. It’s close to the town centre & within easy walking distance of the many restaurants. The quality kitchen appliances & washing machine (plus a drying rack) were welcome, as were the pasties from the Cukarin shop & the homemade travarica. There’s a friendly cat across the street who’ll let you say hello if you’re nice.

The stairs to the apartment (on the first floor) are steep and narrow, which would be tricky for someone with large or heavy luggage, but if you’re careful & take it steady you should be fine.

I honestly recommend this little gem in the heart of city of Korčula. From the moment we arrived,we felt at home.Our hosts greeted us with homemade rakija and the most amazing traditional cakes baked by our host Rezi in their family owned patisserie just around the corner.The apartment is a perfect mix of charm and comfort – beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped.Every detail feels cared for. Apartment is perfectly located in one of the vivid, historic streets of Korčula,near waterfront, restaurants and the Old Town. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly and went extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.They organised us boat transfer to nearby small islands with their water taxi agency. They are guest oriented and you can see that they enjoy what they do.They are true promotors of turism as it should be. Three nights here went by too quickly, and we left with our hearts full and a note to myself- book Cukarin heritage for next year ASAP!

Boravak je bio izvan svih očekivanja! Domaćin je prekrasan – ljubazan, susretljiv i uvijek na raspolaganju za pomoć ili preporuke. Smještaj je uživo čak i bolji nego na slikama – prostran, moderno uređen i izuzetno ugodan za boravak. Čistoća je bila izvandredna, sve je blistalo i mirisalo na svježe. U apartmanu doslovno ima svega – od sitnica poput kave i čaja, do svih mogućih kućanskih potrepština. Kuhinja je odlično opremljena, savršena ako volite kuhati i osjećati se kao kod kuće. Lokacija odlična, mirna, a opet blizu svega što vam treba. Centar Korčule vam je na dohvat ruke. Topla preporuka svima – definitivno se vraćamo!

Ein wahrer Glücksfall.

Die Ankunft war sehr unkompliziert und wir wurden mit typischem Gebäck und einem Schnäpsli begrüsst. Wir durften die Unterkunft früher am Tag beziehen. Die Betreiberin spricht gut Englisch und ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr grosszügig und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit dieser Wahl.
