Feel good apartment, close to Korcula

Very cosy, comfortable apartment. We rented the downstairs apartment, which has a nice terras with view on the town of Korcula. Easy walk to Korcula and nearby beach. Friendly owners as well.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was spacious, close to old town and ferry port via a 5min walk, and the host was very responsive. The apartment was clean and had everything you need to cook during your stay. There's also a terrace outside the apartment where you can wind down. We arrived to Korcula early and rented bikes outside of old town to explore the area. The host also has a guidebook that had great restaurant recommendations. Our favorite was during the bike ride near Lombarda called Gavuni restaurant.

Top notch apartment in a great location

Adriatic Pearl was situated just a 5 mins walk from the centre of Korcula and only 2 mins to a shopping centre with a large Tommy supermarket. The location was great for anyone coming in on a ferry or wanting to catch a bus to explore other parts of the island. The owners Gaelle and Ivan were delightful, coming down straight away to sort out the broken kettle and Netflix login. They even gave us some milk as we had arrived on a Sunday when the shops had closed early. The apartment was well equipped with a washing machine so we could freshen up our clothes. It also has screens fitted to all the windows to stop mosquitoes so we could open the windows for fresh air...a great benefit if you didn't always want Aircon on. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We recommend trying the restaurant on top of the supermarket...the food and coffee were very good and the views over the old town absolutely stunning. Korcula is a fabulous place to visit and the Adriatic Pearl apartment is the best place to stay to appreciate all that Korcula has to offer.

Awesome view, so close to town and Ferry!

We enjoyed our stay here especially the spectacular view from the balcony. Lots of little extras like a great Nexpresso machine, some toiletries, olive oil etc.. Quick walk to ferry, bus station and old town. It doesn’t get better than that! Very kind hosts, who went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much Ivan and Gaelle! We will be back!❤️

Great location near to old town and supermarket. Fantastic view and balcony from apartment 4. Clean, comfortable bed and had everything we needed including a great coffee machine. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Fantastic property.

Only downside was busy road by property. Noisy mopeds and motorbikes and cars with very loud engines going past at night. May be less noticeable if windows were shut but it was warm when we were there. Wouldn’t stop us from recommending the property.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. I accidentally left a pair of shorts at the apartment, and the host patiently packed and shipped them back to me — I’m so grateful! The apartment itself has a stunning view facing the beautiful Adriatic Sea, and the location is excellent — just a short 5-minute walk to the Old Town. Highly recommended

Wonderful hosts who respect your privacy but are always there in case you need something. Very nice apartment with good wi fi and great air conditioning. The location is perfect as well. My only suggestion would be to put aceto balsamic or vinegar together with the oil for free use.

Nothing this was a great modern spacious apartment.It has everything you need and Gaelle was fantastic.Anything you need she was more than happy to help. The only thing I would say is that if you have problems walking there is a bit of a hill to the apartment and about 10 steps.

Large Apartment with Amazing Views and Excellent Hosts

Adriatic Pearl is a lovely large apartment with a sun terrace offering excellent views of the old town and the Adriatic Sea. The location is a short 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal and the old town. Our hosts were wonderful. Very helpful and great communicators. I would definitely recommend a long stay here in Korcula.

Incredible apartment

This was the best apartment I've ever stayed in! The view from the balcony is incredible! There's literally nothing in front of you to block any of the beautiful scenery, it feels like you're on a penthouse balcony looking out at the mountains and the water. There's even 2 sun loungers with cushions so you can sunbathe privately. The apartment was so well thought out with really clever use of space and provided with everything you'd need for your stay. It was super clean and bright with lots of modern decor and amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was powerful with lots of hot water. The free Netflix access was a nice touch. The location was fantastic and literally 5 mins walk from the bars, restaurants, bus station, ferry port - everything! It was really peaceful too. There's a small shopping centre behind the apartment 2 mins walk away with a big supermarket inside which was really handy. The centre also has a lovely bistro on the rooftop with great views - worth visiting for a coffee. I cannot recommend this apartment enough...I was so sad to leave it. Do no hesitate to book!

The owners had put together an app with tips and info for checking in/out which was really good, but it was a shame to have not heard from them once during our stay - not even to make sure we checked in and out okay. I couldn't have been happier with the apartment so it wasn't that I needed to contact the owner because of anything but it would have felt nice to maybe have had a message to just check we were having a good stay and didn't need anything. Do note as well that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom, only a free standing fan. Placing it directly on you at the foot of the bed did keep you pretty cool so it wasn't an issue for us but worth noting if you're not keen on this mode of air cooling!

The apartment is spacious, clean, well equipped and decorated with the taste. The location is very near the old city where all the action is. Across the street, there is a shopping mall where you can buy everything you might need (there is also the pharmacy shop). I appreciate the availability of the reserved parking spot since I have arrived with my car.

Like in life, not all can be perfect. I'd recommend to change the celling light bulbs in the living room and the bedroom from cool white to the yellowish (LED 2700K 9-12W). This would provide more warm atmosphere in the evenings. Also, I like reading in the bed, but there was no directed reading light spot. A minor detail not very important for the temporary stay.

Wonderful apartment near Korcula Old Town

The apartment is wonderful. Its beautifully decorated, its a lovely size and Gaelle has thought of everything you need to enjoy your stay. She has even provided little extras in the kitchen and bathroom. The terrace is a lovely area to spend some time in the sun on the comfortable loungers. It's so close to the old town of Korcula, Banje beach and the supermarket. I would definitely stay here again.

It's hard to find anything I didn't like except perhaps for me personally I would love the early morning sun on the terrace however this would not prevent me from booking with Gaelle again.

An amazing stay

The view here was magnificent! We had a terrace with a view of the old town, the sea, and the Peljesac peninsula. It was so lovely to sit out here and relax. The apartment was beautifully decorated with everything you’d need. Cooking supplies, including cooking oil, were available too. Wifi was strong with Netflix TV. The shower was great with strong water pressure. An ironing board/iron was provided too. The walk to the old town was 5-7 mins. And the property offers free parking if you come on a car ferry (that’s what we did). There is also a mall behind the apartment so that you can pick up any missing personal items. Communication with the host was easy over WhatsApp with great restaurant recommendations. We highly recommend this place! We just wished we were staying longer.

Excelente alojamiento

Estuvimos en dos departamentos. Uno con vista al mar y otro vista jardín. Les recomiendo mucho con vista al mar porque el paisaje es wow!!! Pero ambos están muy bien. La ubicación excelente, a 200 mts del puerto y a 5 min a pie del casco histórico. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y el que tiene vista jardín tiene lavadora también. La atención del personal excelente, siempre atenta a todo.
