Location is quite good as it is close to the ferry. Easy access to all the restaurants and supermarket. The apartment is large and it have a living room and a bedroom.
Apartment is a bit older, it is time for a renewal. The outside sitting would have been nice but there were tons of flies and bees that made it unsittable. I have to open and close the door quickly to avoid flies or bees coming into the apartment.
