The location is great. There is a wine bar, La Sfida at your doorstep. I had the studio on the top floor. The room is a good size. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were pretty soft. There was a sitting area with a table and two chairs. The kitchenette had a mini fridge. The shower had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The air conditioning worked well. Nina provided me with a bottle of water and a beach towel.
There were large step throughs to both the kitchenette and bathroom. Not a big deal for the kitchenette but not great at night when using the bathroom.

Host met us to give us the keys which was great. Space was great, well situated in the old town right next to a lovely wine bar. (Windows very soundproof when closed so not an issue for sleep.) Small but convenient kitchenette if we had wanted to cook.
Floors above us were thin meaning once there were guests staying in upstairs apartment we could hear their footsteps/toileting/phone alarms quite clearly, however this was only an issue for one night. Whilst place was very clean it seemed the bathroom bin had been forgotten to be emptied, so was full of someone else’s rubbish.
