Comfortable and convenient. Good food. Helpful staff. The property has good character

False fire alarm in middle of night. However the staff were very apologetic and offered compensation.

Good location. Breakfast was very good and we also had dinner there one night and that was good. The staff were very courteous and helpful.

We were in an annex about 5 minutes walk from the main hotel and our room was grubby, with cobwebs and dust on the walls. One of the pillows was dirty with long hairs on it and had not been changed.
