A really enjoyable stay in an exceptionally comfortable and well equipped B & B. Parking on site as promised. Perfect location just outside Holt and with easy access to the North Norfolk coast or Norwich. Very friendly hosts who were really helpful. The continental breakfast was superb with a huge choice of items. No need to wash up afterwards as the host came in to service the room during the day. The property looked nice when we viewed it online, but it exceeded expectations. Will definitely look to go back if we visit Norfolk.
The wi-fi signal is not very good, but we were told this before we went and it wasn't an issue.

An outstanding property. We were met with a warm welcome. The inside and outside of the property were beautifully maintained. The property was immaculately clean. Sally has thought of everything you might need during your stay. The continental breakfast selection was fantastic. A really peaceful and comfortable place to stay.
