Familiarity
The bathroom leaked downstairs because the bath screen needs to be adjusted so it doesn’t open over the bathroom floor and flood below.
I felt very disappointed when told I had created a leak,
Install blocks so the screen cannot open over the floor - problem solved!

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, the food was very good,. facilities were extensive, excellent location peaceful and close to Holt
The accommodation was very tired... stained carpets, broken window blind, dusty radiator, poorly sprung matrass, Stair banister rail was sticky

Location fine. Continental breakfast perfectly adequate and pleasant.
No non-slip mat for the shower. Bathroom for this particular room tiny! We were there during the heatwave. Thank God they had a fan. It was still very warm even with it but without it it would have been unbearable. Pub/hotels like this cannot cope with excessive heat.
