Great view, but otherwise disappointing service

The view was wonderful.

It was rather difficult to find the office where the keys were being kept. Once I did, we were charged 20 euros for sheets for each of the three beds we would be using. But, there were only two sets of sheets in the house. We immediately contacted the manager who insisted there were three sets (there weren't) and never delivered an additional set of sheets despite an additional request. The extra 20 euros was never refunded. As others have mentioned, the third bed (a futon) is in the living room. So, no late night or early morning family activities while that person was sleeping. One other thing: be prepared for a long, twisty, steep, one-lane road to get to the house. Not a great choice for those who wish to walk into town.

Panoramic stay

Amazing sea and harbour views

The flat is a long way from any shops or restaurants - a very steep climb from the town centre, and we are reasonably fit. Also be aware that although it has 2 bedrooms, one is a very small room for a child. The second double bed is a sofa bed in the living room. Not ideal for two couples

ok in a general way.

the view from the apartment

no air conditioning or enough fans for every room. walking to the apartment is not easy if you are traveling with young children or elder people. there was no soap and no detergent (for a short term rent they should not expect each tenant to buy those things it could be easily provided). also the sheets nor the towels were provided (we had to pay for those)

Large and clean apartment with incredibly beautiful view from the terrace

Apartment was clean and large, there was everything what we needed. Incredibly beautiful view from the terrace. I would like to recommend the agancy Covre Case Vacanze. Excellent service! We had a small problem and despite the late hour Mr Mattia helped us. Thank you so much once again for your help and really nice stay in Rapallo!

Il servizio dell’agenzia è stato pessimo. La biancheria e lenzuola erano da pagare a parte, ma quando siamo arrivati in struttura i letti non erano stati fatti e abbiamo dovuto fare tutto noi. Il check in è stato ritardato di 1 ora e quando ho chiesto di ritardare il check out di un ora il giorno dopo ( per compensare il disagio) mi è stato detto che non era assolutamente possibile.

Il panorama

La struttura si presentava Poco accogliente sia per ordine che PULIZIA, nonostante i 75€ appositamente richiesti per il servizio .Durante il soggiorno ci sono stati diversi imprevisti, totale assenza di acqua calda e mancanza di corrente elettrica ad intermittenza. Ci è stato riferito della presenza di un servizio navetta che in realtà era un bus di linea con pochi orari disponibili e incompatibile per una vacanza al mare, considerando la distanza dell'appartamento al centro città. Lo staff, a parte le due ragazze presenti domenica in agenzia al ritiro dei bagagli, non si sono dimostrati all'altezza nella risoluzione degli imprevisti.

appartamento ampio in palazzina signorile comodo per auto anche se in salita tortuosa

sicuramente la terrazza e la metratura dell'appartamento. Ottima anche la soluzione parcheggio all'interno dello stabile Risulta impervia invece la stradina che lo collega al centro ed essendo molto ripida difficile per coloro che sono a piedi
