sicuramente la terrazza e la metratura dell'appartamento.
Ottima anche la soluzione parcheggio all'interno dello stabile
Risulta impervia invece la stradina che lo collega al centro ed essendo molto ripida
difficile per coloro che sono a piedi

Amazing sea and harbour views
The flat is a long way from any shops or restaurants - a very steep climb from the town centre, and we are reasonably fit. Also be aware that although it has 2 bedrooms, one is a very small room for a child. The second double bed is a sofa bed in the living room. Not ideal for two couples

We loved the amazing view from the balcony. The property was very clean and comfortable.The living room was a great size.
A few more cups and bowls would have been useful.

The view was wonderful.
It was rather difficult to find the office where the keys were being kept. Once I did, we were charged 20 euros for sheets for each of the three beds we would be using. But, there were only two sets of sheets in the house. We immediately contacted the manager who insisted there were three sets (there weren't) and never delivered an additional set of sheets despite an additional request. The extra 20 euros was never refunded. As others have mentioned, the third bed (a futon) is in the living room. So, no late night or early morning family activities while that person was sleeping. One other thing: be prepared for a long, twisty, steep, one-lane road to get to the house. Not a great choice for those who wish to walk into town.
