The location is lovely and peaceful and there is ample parking round the back. The beds were really comfy and the shower had good pressure.
The door doesn't seal all the way round so the light streams in and you can see through the gaps so it wasn't private and if anyone talked outside the door, it felt like they were in the room with you. The bathroom did smell quite strongly of urine.

Convenience to Aston Le Walls
Noisy, I stayed with my children as it was convenient to a horse show, lady behind bar welcomed me but she wasn’t overly friendly, breakfast was very low standard with no staff in the morning, the noise of drinkers was loud, smell of smoke and foul language and shouting was so loud almost sounded like a fight on the second night. My children were worried with what was going on. Room was suitable for the four of us and we managed to get some sleep and have a shower.
