la réactivité de l hote lors de nos diverses sollicitations l'emplacement géographique très proche d'un quartier animé et des transports en commun (bus train navibus) la taille (presque un peu trop grand) salle de bain privative pour chaque chambre le nombre de chambres
l'accessibilité de la machine à laver et pour certains d'entre nous la difficulté à régler le chauffage

Room only basis. Location good.
Property in need of refurbishment, curtains and showers-over-baths in need of repair or renewal. Generally clean but in need of full cleanliness eg. food from previous occupants found in refrigerator, unwanted items from previous occupants left behind. No brochures for locality or general instructions folder for house maintenance and contacts available.
