Excellent location in the centre of Keswick, easy access to the shops, lake and walks. Private gated parking was appreciated. The apartment was lovely - clean, cosy and had all the essentials to make it an easy stay.
The bed is a double so felt a bit on the smaller side.

Close to places of interest.
Certain elements of the accommodation wasn't cleaned to reasonable standards before arrival.
Microwave was dirty and unsaf. Howeverr, it was replaced upon request.
Neighbouring property was having constriction work, so for 7-8 days, it was very noise with vibrations, so it it wasn't pleasant to be in the accommodation.
In the photographs, the property looked a lot larger. However, the kitchen really was tiny, and that's an understatement. Only one person could fit in at a time.
The properly is probably ideal for a short stay, but not for a long stay. There isn't enough storage to put clothes, so a three week stay wasn't the most comfortable.
The customer service was helpful, and they quickly rectified any issues.
