Great Location

Location was perfect and it was quiet.

No tea of coffee to make a cup when we arrived and no hand soap in the bathrooms. A light at the back on the way round t the entrance would be useful for when it is dark.

Great apartment, great location

Everything we needed in an excellent location. Others have commented on needing painting and WiFi, we wanted a comfy base to explore the hills. Keybox also great with a group of friends on different schedules!

Given it’s for 6, 2 parking spaces would be nice, and be aware you can’t just unload your car outside, but this is being very fussy!

Loved our visit to Keswick but accommodation needs bringing up to a decent standard.

Great location for accessing Keswick and food shops. Didn't need the car during our visit. Kitchen facilities were adequate although we messaged the property twice to ask if there was a coffee machine or cafetiere but did not receive an answer. Glad we took a cafetiere as there were no coffee facilities.

Alley/back yard to property full of weeds and stank of urine. We were looking for an Art Gallery as per the photograph but it was in fact above a clothes shop, so photographs clearly old. The interior of the property was scruffy, with badly marked paintwork on walls up the staircase and doors, a lot of mould to the bathroom ceiling, lack of storage to hang clothes in one bedroom, no mirrors in any of the bedrooms, uncomfortable beds - springs very obvious on the double bed and pillows were lumpy and need replacing, shower was faulty and could not reduce the temperature, NO internet, so two very disappointed teenagers. Assumed internet would be provided in this digital age when people have to keep in touch with work and rely on the internet for entertainment and communication. Limited choice of channels on tv.

Could do with a paint, and the alleyway in was really dirty with weeds etc. Someone came and started sweeping it during our stay, then left a pile of dirt for us to step over, I had to sweep it to the side of the ally

Really good, once I’d actually got the keys and checked in.

Nice place, clean tidy and decent facilities. Central location without being noisy. Convenient for all local bars restaurants and things in and around Keswick.

Use of 3rd Party booking company made the process of getting the booking confirmed and collecting keys far more difficult than it needed to be. Communication between booking.com and the actual property management company (using the online messaging app within the booking system) seems to be non-existent, or does not work, which was confirmed by one of the staff at the Keswick office when I phoned to find out why I’d had no response to my messages. If that can be sorted out, it would be good.
