The fridge and freezer had been switched off, this meant we almost lost some of the food we brought with us.
The milk sachets in the welcome pack were out of date, some by months! Apparently there should have been biscuits in the pack, there weren't any.
Although there were wooden spoons and a whisk there were no other kitchen utensils suitable for use on the non-stick pans/frying pan.
There wasn't a roasting tin so I had to go out and buy one to cook food we brought.
The information about putting the bins out was misleading, the bins need to go out on Wednesday evening for the early Thursday morning collection. It was clear that the bins had not been emptied, probably because others had missed the bin collection day.
Thankfully, my car was small enough to get through the alley way. Any bigger and we would have been in trouble.
It would have been helpful to have known the width of the access alley before booking. Had we travelled in my friend's car we would have not been able to navigate the alley way.

The location was brilliant, a small issue with getting my car through the entrance gap but to be fair that was my fault for not reading the warning that the width for access is only 226cm however the accommodation was brilliant and would highly recommend

Self-catering. Location in town excellent. Access passage narrow for large 4x4.
Shower wheel chair in wet room as a stool doesn't work when you've don't have legs. Higher arm chair in lounge required.

The location was brilliant.
The cottage was a good size.
The welcome pack was nice
The beds were very uncomfortable, also a few more pillows would of been helpful.
The cottage needs a deep clean as some parts were very dirty.
I felt we paid too much money for what it was.
