It was very clean and everything there that you needed. Joanne also kept in touch to ensure we were ok and asked if we needed anything. The welcome tray was amazing and very much appreciated. The flat was not far from the centre but in a quiet area. Neighbours were lovely too and chatted to us. Was a lovely stay will definitely be back.

Great little apartment near the seafront

Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Reserved parking space. Washing machine. Comfortable bed.

Rather small kitchen. No freezer. Limited cutlery provided. More chairs round the dining table would have been nice. Apartment is really only for 2 people with no visitors.

Lovely Kinfirth

It was a wee home from home and had everything you needed for a wee few days away - check in/ out so easy, lovely quiet area of Ayr but not too far from centre. We knew Joanne from a previous property and she still has very good hosting skills - a very enjoyable weekend at the Kinfirth

The apartment was beautifully clean and there was a welcome tray ready for us including an anniversary card and bottle of wine

There was excellent wifi connection, but the TV only had freeview. There was no freezer compartment in fridge. There was no teapot.

Liked the easy access, flat spotless and comfortable. 5min walk from beach. Shop near by and good security on main entry door. Added bonus netflix channels and complentary nibbles.

No tv in the room. Upon check out 10am means 10am. Door chapped at 10.10am so it looks like you have to check out at 10am on the dot no exception. Feel like we were rushed to leave.

Great apartment, Good host, very good local amenites, geographically sound, good base for expoloring

Location was a breeze, five minutes from the centre, bars, takeaways and restaurants were very accessible even for the less mobile of people. Joanne the owner is very genuine, really wants you to be really comfortable, with no restrictions with using gas, electricity, and central heating etc.

The local Chinese takeaway is very expensive and if you are not on a diet think about going elsewhere because you ain't getting fat, bird portions. He should adopt another name for his takeaway "Peking little Duck" There are plenty of places that offer better value. £5.50 for curry and rice. Less than £3 at my local takeaway. Food for thought!!

Location is ideal for walks along ayr sea front , restaurants and town centre ,easy to find, dedicated car parking space right outside door .

Can not fault this apartment in any way Joanne is an excellent host from the moment you are met and shown into apartment till you leave you actually feel that you have made a friend who will do anything to help you to make your stay as pleasurable as possible.
