Was a very relaxing time with my mom and sisters.
Gorgeous ocean view
No laundry room, needs blinds updated and cleaned. Half the patio chairs were broken.

We had a great stay, especially the hot tub in the stormy coastal weather.
Comfortable seating, beautiful views, well appointed kitchen, nice hot tub, big dining table, comfortable beds, very clean
No washer/dryer, gas stove burners did not light easily and gas smell could be detected in hallway leading upstairs. Those steps up from the beach are brutal if you are older or out of shape (or both) ! The reading/tourism material is way out of date.

You pay for the view not the house
Location is great
When we turned on the fans that were provided there was millions of dust particles in the air . Spider webs in the master bedroom we had to do our own cleaning, we didn't use the hot tub outside because it had dirty water

Exceptional
The view, the coziness of the home. The fireplace, the hot tub.
The shades in the master suite need to be darker, and able to close all the way, they were broken, the porch light from the neighbor was shinning through the shade all night. And the other neighbors light kept coming on while going out onto side patio at night, a motion light that was bright and kept coming on and off when in the hot tub.
