Getting door access was a faff. Please clearly mark that code only releases when all residents logged in . Difficult to access responses and info as booking.com system not linked well with the apartment check in system. Note- 1 bedroom has limited privacy due to non frosted glass from lounge

El apartamento es tal cual sale en las fotos y está muy bien equipado. Tiene una ubicación excepcional, a un paso de todo y en pleno corazón de la ciudad. El acceso es muy sencillo y autónomo. Las camas son extremadamente cómodas y la decoración del apartamento está muy cuidada.

El ruido de las calles es muy molesto ya que estás en pleno centro, y por ejemplo los bares a la hora del cierre comienzan a introducir las botellas de vidrio en los contenedores y es muy molesto. Si eres de los que no concilias el sueño por la noche si hay ruido te aconsejo otro sitio.

Lo difícil es encontrar algo que no guste del alojamiento. Ubicación, limpieza, ropa de cama y toallas de calidad, modernos y muy completo.

Excellent location next to Plaza Nueva. The interior of the apartment was nicely decorated.

Check-in process was problematic. Time for check in was supposedly 4pm but I waited till 4.30pm and didn't receive access code. When I messaged them, I got repeated automated replies saying access code could not be sent via WhatsApp. And by some miracle, the access code suddenly came through WhatsApp. We were not sure which was the main door of the building. I sent a screenshot of our position at the building asking where the main door was. NO ANSWER! Finally we found the keybox which was some awkward distance from the door. If you can't find your way, good luck, you are on your own. The heating of the apartment was ineffective. Only the living room was somewhat warm. The rest of the walkway and rooms were chilly. One independent heater was provided but when we turned that on together with air-conditioning, it will trip the circuit. Only one set of keys for a 3-bedroom apartment booked for a family.
