About this apartment rental
To experience the heritage and atmosphere of Arab Granada in an elegant and comfortable way. This apartment is located in an 18th-century carmen in the Albaicín, Granada’s historic center and an UNESCO World Heritage Site. The apartment is situated in the part of the Albaicín closest to downtown Granada, less than 350 meters from Plaza Nueva and 800 meters from the Alhambra.
Parking available upon request. The manager lives in the same building.
Apartment 1B has its own spacious terrace with furniture for dining outdoors or simply sunbathing.
It has one bedroom with a large double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. An extra single bed for an adult and a crib for infants are available upon request.
The apartments have been renovated to combine the charm of the 18th-century building with the comfort and contemporary style of the most modern amenities. The apartment is equipped with natural gas heating, air conditioning in the living room, and fans in the bedrooms. There is strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the apartment and a shower with unlimited hot water.
We have two private garages near the apartments available upon request for 15 euros per day.

The accommodations were clean and welcoming. Fantastic outdoor space. Jamie, the property manager, was an exemplary host who greeted us upon arrival and provided a fount of information on Granada in general and on the Alhambra in particular. We were provided with exact information on how to access the rental property.

Absolutely marvelous place to stay for 4 nights. Perfect location, the home is considerably equipped, the beds are comfotable, the fridge is cold and the deck is divine! Jamie is a ten star host. We are very happy.

This property is centrally located in the Albaicin and is just a short walk to all points of interest. It is fully equipped and appears exactly as in the photos.
Our family spent two weeks here, and everything went smoothly. Jamie, the property manager, went out of his way to help our family with activities and tickets. He was an excellent host.
If you are looking for a lovely Spanish home in the heart of Granada, I cannot imagine a better property than this one!
