La ubicación. Justo al lado de la catedral. Y la climatización centralizada en toda la vivienda.
La mesa de comer era alta. Personalmente prefiero bajas. Pero para nada influyó en la calidad de la estancia.

No tiene nada que ver con el apartamento, pero hemos estado tres días y vivimos un episodio de terremotos durante dos días. De lo demás no hay nada que no nos gustara

The location of the apartment and the exact information of the host.
From the photos, we expected a cozy apartment with a terrace, but we didn't find one. Since the owner has several apartments in the building, the amenities you get depend on luck. The bedrooms are very puritanical, one had no window and the other had no bedside lamp. The apartment is noisy in the morning and evening.
