Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Without a doubt, this place has a great location and unbeatable view! That said, you should be aware that the price you are paying is reflected in said view and comfortable furnishings but not in the maintenance of some basic items. The main selling point for us to book was the view of the Alhambra. However, 3 of 4 blinds were not working properly including the central patio door whose blind was totally inoperable, thus partially blocking the amazing view from inside. Throughout the apartment light bulbs were not working, as well as lamps, necessitating moving lamps from bedrooms to provide adequate lighting in the living room. The primary bathroom had 2 of 3 bulbs out above the mirror. The kitchen had basic equipment but also failed to have working lights above the stove and food prep area. It lacked oven mitts for taking food out of the oven, and didn’t provide even salt and pepper. There was a broken patio chair that would be a problem if you needed all chairs to accommodate your group. Overall, the deferred maintenance (easily remedied by attentive management) on the property detracted from what should be a 5 star experience.

All was in order, clean and great at this penthouse. We had a great stay here and would come back again. You can’t beat that view.

This is a great apparent with an excellent view. Full view of the Alhambra from the living room and giant terrace. The rooms were a good size. Full kitchen. Clean and modern. The only problem was the heating. It was December and it was cold for Spain and the apartment had clearly been empty for a couple day before our visit. The wall switch heaters got warm but produced very little airflow. It took two days before it was warm enough to sit in the living room. There are radiators but we were told they don’t work. I’d have paid more for heating if that’s what it took. Or maybe go in the day before a guest arrives and turn on the wall units . I suspect the lack of air flow would also make this an ac cooling problem in the summer.
