During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

This is a great apparent with an excellent view. Full view of the Alhambra from the living room and giant terrace. The rooms were a good size. Full kitchen. Clean and modern. The only problem was the heating. It was December and it was cold for Spain and the apartment had clearly been empty for a couple day before our visit. The wall switch heaters got warm but produced very little airflow. It took two days before it was warm enough to sit in the living room. There are radiators but we were told they don’t work. I’d have paid more for heating if that’s what it took. Or maybe go in the day before a guest arrives and turn on the wall units . I suspect the lack of air flow would also make this an ac cooling problem in the summer.

The view of this apartment is as advertised. Simply stunning. And it was so nice to be able to go out on the large, sunny patio in the mild weather. There is a comfortable couch and ample table in the living room, also with the great view. Bedrooms are comfortable, with very firm beds. Kitchen had very basic equipment, allowing for limited cooking, although only one burner of the stove worked. Location was very convenient to the Alhambra and other nice walks. Apartment was clean, though the building entry and hallways were less so.
