myMINGA4 - Hotel & serviced Apartments

It’s a very small room but so comfortable and clean, everything I needed was there, the shower was great. I arrived very early in the morning and didn’t expect to be able to check in but just wanted to leave my luggage, the kind staff member saw that I had travelled a long way and switched my rooms so that I could check in right away. This was so appreciated, it meant I could have a hot shower and properly experience my day in Munich. Thank you so much for that!

Nothing, it’s not luxury it’s a little bit dated but still so comfortable and clean.

There are 2 locations right next to each other. Minga4 on Fliegenstraße, which is a small side street, and Minga13 on Lindwurmstraße, which is VERY busy road. I tried both and preferred Minga4 waaay more, since it was cozier and way more quiet. I booked that. Upon arrival I was told that they moved my booking to Minga13. Honestly, I was very disappointed. But in Minga13 they told me not to worry, the rooms were renovated since my last visit, and I'll get a nice one. The room was indeed excellent: new, modern, and had a "garden view", which practically meant that I had a nice and quiet view on the München skyline, instead of the super busy Lindwurmstraße. I don't know if every single room was renovated or not, but the ones that were are excellent value and I don't have a single thing to complain about.

The only thing that was not ideal is that I only was informed about the transfer of my booking to Minga13 upon arrival. It ended up being no problem, but based on my prior experience, it could have been very bad.

The location was great...right beside the old town.
