Great location. We came in early in the morning, planning on storing our luggage at the hotel, but they actually had our room ready and we were able to check in. Located just a short walk from the subway station, the Asam Church, and shops.

The location is definitely a strong point—very convenient and close to key areas in the city. It made getting around Munich easy and enjoyable. I also appreciated that the rooms were quite spacious, which added a level of comfort during the stay.
Unfortunately, several aspects did not meet expectations. The hotel does not have air conditioning, only a fan, which can be uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather. The room itself was in average condition and could benefit from some renovation. The bathroom was also not in very good shape, and the shower head was broken, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the breakfast was quite poor and lacked variety. Considering all of this, the hotel feels overpriced for what it offers.
