The location is exellent!! Very clean room and the staff is very nice! Small room but practical

Location is great

I booked in minga 13 But once i arrived they told me you have to change the hotel to minga 4 , they said all are the same company and same hotel although while booking through booking.com the rate for minga 13 was higher, in addition the breakfast should be included but they informed me that there is no more breakfast and instead they give me a voucher with 5 euros to be used in the bakery located in minga13

well located to the old town area. Clean and in good proximity to supermarkets. Overall a great place to stay in munich Good parking option. Reception was very responsive to any inquiries

Some amenities like tea and coffee are downstairs in the lobby and closes at night, so a bit inconvenient, but easily solved by just grabbing a few things ahead of time.

The location is great and the rooms are quite okay if you are just staying just for couple nights.

The daytime receptionist was extremely rude. Not only towards me, but I also heard him speak rudely to another lady at the reception. I came to Munich for just one night to attend an important meeting at 11 AM. When I went down to the lobby to ask if it would be possible to check out 30 minutes to an hour later, he immediately said no in a very rude tone. I explained that I was in a rush and only needed an extra 30 minutes, but he repeated “we don’t do it like that here,” again in an unfriendly manner. I even asked if I could pay for a late checkout, and he still refused, with the same rude attitude. Because of this, I had to run back to my room, quickly pack everything, and leave my luggage in the storage room. I studied Hospitality Management in Germany and have worked in various hotels for over two years, so I completely understand that some hotels cannot accommodate late checkout requests. However, there is always a professional and polite way to communicate this to a guest. If he had simply explained the situation in a friendly tone, I would not have complained at all. When I returned later that evening to pick up my belongings, a different receptionist was working, and he was very kind and helpful — a complete contrast to the experience earlier.
