Lots of room - we were a family of 5 travelling with 3 teenage girls arriving on Christmas Day and staying for 6 days.
Great proximity to Munich HBF (central train station).
Host is lovely - it’s run by a family and they are very helpful and kind. Very responsive through WhatsApp. Mnarki (who is the Dad) was always there the greet us when we got back at the end of the day and check if there was anything that we needed. His English is limited but his German is good and he is lovely.
The furnishings are a bit older but it was clean and comfortable.
It has a new washing machine which was essentially for us.
The neighbourhood is pretty typical of a central location, lots people (most of whom are outside having a smoke). This didn’t bother us and we did not feel unsafe. There were lots of families with young kids and lots of restaurant options. Multiple supermarkets in easy walking distance. The Edeka supermarket in the central station is open on Sundays and public holidays which was essential for us (also walking distance) when everything else was shut.
The security concerns regarding not being able to lock a door/window raised in other reviews have been addressed.
The front bedroom which faces the court - you will hear people coming and going but it is set back from road so there is minimal noise at night.
The other bedroom and the 5th bed (foldout couch) in living area face the other way and have no noise at night.
Comfortable beds, good hot shower (just need to use the mop to help dry the floor and we left the door open after to help with ventilation) - having said that we have 3 girls, all with long hair they wash every 2nd day.
Wifi works great.
It could definitely be set up a bit better - bunk beds instead of the single beds would means that you don’t need to use the sofa bed, and extra chair (only 4 currently).

Location was quite good, ~10min walk from main train station and similarly to key sites. Check-in process was easy, communication was very good throughout. Apartment was clean, with refrigerator and washing machine. A/C functioned well.
