Perfect location next to metro and only few stations to the city center. Hotel is in nice and safe neighbourhood. Friedly stuff and room was clean.
No equipment for the small kitchen area. Stinky towels.

Metro is literally 2 minutes away.
Clean, nice room with balcony, coffee in the room,
We asked for double bed but we got separate beds on the opposite side of the room. There was also a third, rickety extra bed that was just taking up space for us.

The room was spacious with everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, right next to a subway that takes you to Marienplatz, Olympia Park, and anywhere else to see the sights. The best part of our stay was the sauna!
The rooms are a little bit dated but other than that, it’s great!

Good location if you attend event at Isar Philharmonie - just 5 mins walk, indoor garage if you are lucky to have free spot (there were plenty when we arrived, but full when we left), Friendly staff, complimentary water in the room.
Equipment saw it's better days - owners should consider renovating both the furniture and appliances, bathroom wasn't exactly clean either.
