Couple of key likes: 1) free parking in front of the door ( if available but for us we always found a spot) 2) supermarket (rewe)at 100 mtrs though not open at sunday like all stores in germany ;) 3) bathroom really nice with nice soap 4)nice playground closeby for our 4 year old
Some points of attention: 1) the whatsapp can be contacted but better to call if u have a question 2) the frying pan was damaged so we couldnt use it. We just boiled our eggs instead. We forget to inform the reception as i am sure they would take care of it 3) u can wash but u need 50ct coins.

The hotel was great, off the beaten path but with easy access to the train and the city center. Loved the space and the ability to unwind after work. Nothing really to improve, other than some fresh towels after 3 days.

clean and spacious room w kitchen. very clear instructions on how to self check-in as we checked-in over the weekend (reception is closed on weekends). reception (when open) also offers luggage storage. walking distance from Mittersendling S-bahn station (less than 5min walk). staff were friendly and helpful :)
the room had a strange smell upon arrival, which only dissipated after ventilating the room by keeping the window open throughout our stay (2 nights). we would recommend installing an air purifier or air freshener to improve air quality. for future guests, it is also advisable to air the room immediately upon check-in.
